Bathroom and water fountains are conveniently located right outside of our office. First floor has a very nice small and large conference room for free use by tenants. Food trucks come daily with breakfast and lunch offerings. Free parking for tenants and clients unless you want reserved, covered parking. We haven’t seen a more beautiful and affordable office space in the Sugar Land area, so we are hoping to find two clinicians to join us.
