DR. GLEN McCLURE

We are saddened to report the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Dr. Glen McClure, 76, after a valiant battle with cancer.  Though saddened beyond words over his death, we treasure our memories and the relationship we had.

Dr. McClure was one of the founding members of the Fort Bend Psychological Association, and served as President for many years.  He was also a leader in the Texas Psychological Association, most recently Director of the Forensic Division.  He was an avid supporter of mental health access and rights to all populations, and was politically active toward those goals on a local and national level.  He regularly and generously donated his time teaching Ethics to other mental health professionals.  He embodied the adage, “Don’t just talk about it; do something about it.”
